What to Expect

  • Furnished Common Areas

    The living room, dining room, and kitchen come fully furnished. The kitchen includes the basics — plates, silverware, pots, pans — plus essentials like paper towels, dish pods, and trash bags. And yes, we have two full-size fridges, so there’s plenty of space for everyone’s groceries.

  • One All Inclusive Price

    Your monthly rent includes a private room plus water, electricity, sewer, trash, lawn care, and the best Wi-Fi we could find. No split bills, no awkward Venmo requests — just one predictable payment each month.

  • Convenient Location

    Located in West Atlanta inside the perimeter, right off I-20. You're 12 mins from downtown, 15 mins from Georgia Tech/Midtown, and 25 mins from Buckhead (on a good day), and down the road from the Westside beltline.

  • Common Area Cleaning

    Monthly professional cleaning helps keep the shared spaces in shape. Cleanings includes all shared spaces (kitchen, laundry room, shared bathroom, etc.) You still have to do your dishes, but this helps everyone stay friends.

  • Emphasis on Safety

    We take time to screen and interview tenants to help ensure a safe, considerate shared living experience. Each room has a private, lockable door with a personal keypad entry for added privacy and peace of mind. For extra security, exterior areas are monitored by cameras.

  • Compatibility Guarantee

    We can’t promise you’ll become brunch besties, but we do guarantee a compatible living setup. If you’re not feeling the roommate fit within the first 90 days, and you’ve followed the house rules, completed the Good Fit Form, and paid rent on-time through those first three months, you can end your lease penalty-free. This policy gives everyone space to genuinely assess the fit—without pressure, drama, or awkward exits.

  4. Come by for a Tour.

    Get a feel for the house and neighborhood in person.

  5. Submit the Official Application

    Standard background check + forms. We save this step for last so you don’t waste time or money. The background check cost $29 plus tax, and only happens once everything else looks like a good fit.
