The entire house was fully renovated in 2022 and includes updated kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spaces. Each bedroom is unfurnished, so you can set it up just the way you like (and no mystery mattresses)!
All bedrooms include a keyless entry lock with your own code — for added privacy and peace of mind.
Note: While the photos were professionally staged, the common areas are fully furnished with clean, functional pieces that make shared living feel more like a home, and the bedrooms are unfurnished.
Our Rooms
& 2. Shared Baths
There are two rooms that share a bath that are roughly 140 and 150 square feet. Monthly rent for each room is $800. The shared bath is cleaned with the common areas once a month.
3. Small Master
The Small Master has a private bath with a double vanity and dual shower heads. It is roughly 160 sqft. Monthly rent is $925.
4. Large Master
The Large Master is the largest room at roughly 200 sqft and has a private bath with a double vanity and dual shower heads. It also has the most privacy as it is in the corner of the house with no shared bedroom walls. We also recently replaced the carpet with wood floors to be cohesive with the rest of the house! Monthly rent is $950.
