What Would Make You a Great Fit
-
Clean & Tidy
We’re big fans of a clean kitchen and clutter-free shared spaces.
→ You don’t pretend the overflowing trash is invisible.
→ You’d never leave one sad square of toilet paper and call it done.
→ You wash your dishes the same day you use them — not just “leave them to soak.”
-
Friendly & Community-Oriented (but Independent)
You’re friendly, approachable, and okay with a quick kitchen chat, but also happy doing your own thing. We’re not looking for forced bonding, but we do value good energy and a willingness to connect.
→ You’re open to the occasional hangout, group dinner, or Trader Joe’s run.
→ You enjoy living with people you can chat with in the kitchen, not tiptoe around.
-
Considerate & Responsible
You treat the house (and your roommates) with care — from locking doors and paying rent on time to being thoughtful about how your actions affect others.
→ You keep noise down at night, communicate openly, and don’t hoard the bathroom.
→ You pay rent on time, lock the doors, and don’t ghost group texts about chores.
